Individual Account

  1. ID Card or Passport copy
  2. Proof of residential address within 3 months after issue
  3. Relevant Tax Residency Forms [e.g. Form W-8BEN and Self-Certification Form (Individual)]
  4. Completed Account Opening Forms

Corporate Account

  1. Certificate of Incorporation
  2. Business Registration Certificate
  3. Address proof (within 3 months after issue)
  4. Identification and Address proof (within 3 months after issue) of all Directors and Authorized Signatories
  5. List of identification of shareholders and ultimate beneficiaries
  6. Company Search (within 6 months) / Certificate of Incumbency (within 6 months) / Annual Return
  7. Memorandum and Article of Association
  8. Register of Members and Register of Directors
  9. Latest Audited Accounts/ Certificate of Good Standing (within 6 months)
  10. Board Resolution regarding account opening matter
  11. Organization Structure (Certified by Director)
  12. Relevant Tax Residency Forms [e.g. Form W-8BEN-E, Self-Certification Form(Corporate) and Self- Certification Form(Controlling Person)]
  13. Completed Account Opening Forms
Item 1 to 9 should be certified by designated persons (e.g. lawyer, certified public accountant, or any other licensed person).
